OpenElse Agent does not use HTTP cookies. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. All preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage.
2. Local Storage Items
The following items are stored in localStorage: theme (your light/dark preference), locale (your language preference), oe_settings (your AI configuration, with API key encrypted), oe_chat_history (your conversation history), oe_sidebar_open (sidebar open/close state), oe_log_enabled and oe_log_level (debug logging preferences).
3. Managing Your Data
You can clear all locally stored data at any time via your browser settings, or by using the "Clear all data" button in the Settings panel within the app.
4. Third-Party Services
When you interact with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), those providers may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own policies. OpenElse does not control or have access to these third-party policies.
